A practical starting point for your project
We’re a Busselton-based landscaping business working across the South West, including Bunbury. Talk to Tom about the space you want to create, the work you need done and any timing you have in mind.
You might need a natural lawn and watering system after a new build, or want to bring an established yard’s paths, beds and outdoor living areas together. We can discuss the individual services or look at the project as a whole.
What would you like to change?
Finish the yard around a new home
Start by identifying what’s already included in the build and what’s left for landscaping. Lawn, irrigation, garden beds and paths need to fit the final levels and access around the house.
Send your site plan if you have one, along with the expected handover timing. Knowing when the space will be accessible helps make the first discussion more useful.
Replace a tired lawn
If the lawn is the main priority, we can discuss removing the existing turf, preparing the soil and installing buffalo, kikuyu or couch. Include a rough area measurement and tell us about sunlight, access and any existing reticulation.

Plan lawn and reticulation together
When lawn areas or garden beds change, the watering layout needs to be considered too. We design and install custom reticulation and can include it in the same project as your new lawn.

Bring the whole outdoor space together
A larger project can combine lawn, garden beds, steel edging and a fire pit area, gravel or stone-paver pathways and a custom deck. Start with the way you want to use the yard, then work through the layout and materials.

Consider an artificial lawn
If you’re comparing lawn options, we also supply and install synthetic turf. It has different preparation and care needs from natural lawn, so we keep the details on a dedicated service page.
What to send with a Bunbury enquiry
A little information at the start helps us understand the work before discussing a site visit or quote:
Your suburb and the property location
A few photos showing the whole space, not just the problem area
Approximate dimensions or a site plan, if available
The changes you want and anything you want to keep
Access details, such as a narrow side gate or steps
Your preferred timing and any builder handover date
A budget range, if you have one
For lawn or reticulation, include whether a watering system is already installed. For a full landscape, tell us which elements matter most so we can discuss priorities.
Planning watering for a Bunbury garden
Check which water provider supplies your property before arranging establishment watering for new lawn or garden beds. Aqwest customers can check their watering roster and apply for a new lawn or garden exemption through Aqwest’s watering guidance.
An exemption allows approved establishment watering outside the usual roster; it doesn’t make the extra water free. Include watering arrangements in your planning, especially if you’ll be away soon after the lawn is laid.
Have a Bunbury project in mind?
Use the enquiry form to tell Tom what you want to create and where the property is. If you have photos or plans, mention them so we can discuss the best next step.
Are you based in Bunbury?
We’re based in Busselton and take on landscaping work in Bunbury and across the South West. Contact Tom with the property location and project details to discuss the work and timing.
Can I enquire about just lawn or reticulation?
Yes. Your project can be focused on a particular service. Tell us what you need and whether it has to fit with other work already planned at the property.
Do you provide free quotes for Bunbury projects?
We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Start by sending the location, photos and an outline of the job so we can discuss what’s needed and the next steps.
Can you work from my existing plan?
Send it through. We can review the proposed work with you and discuss how our landscaping services fit the project. Let us know which parts of the plan you want quoted and whether other trades are involved.
What will my landscaping cost?
The scope, site preparation, access and material choices determine the work involved. A lawn replacement and a full outdoor transformation need different allowances. Share your priorities and any budget range so the options can be discussed against your plans.
How soon can you start?
Timing depends on the project and current availability. Include your preferred dates or building handover date with the enquiry, and we’ll discuss what’s possible.
